By becoming a Trena Laine client or student, your purchase is considered a non-verbal or non-written contract that you,the client/student,  agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the learning materials you receive from us, use of the service, or access to the service or any contact on the website through which the service is provided, without express written permission by us/ Trena Laine/ Trena Laine Beauty Business Method.

This policy and terms mirrors a non-verbal contract along with your program purchase that also serves as our agreement for your use of studying online with our platform. We are confirming an easy process that allows clients/students to study with us and have access to their studies at all times. 

Clients/Students who purchase all of our other individual courses will receive an immediate confirmation email within 1 hour of purchase, which will include details of how to access all your course information and unique login information.  Please note if you have pre-purchased early bird sale, the program will be available on that scheduled date.

Upon booking you will also receive direct access to our founder Trena Laine and her team who are here to guide you through this course and support you with any questions that you have. These courses are self-paced but that doesn’t mean you are alone. We will work with you through these courses to ensure you feel comfortable with what you are learning and never feel stuck in your progress.

ClientS/tudents are responsible for keeping their login details secure and private. Students must also ensure they have suitable access to the Internet and equipment required to complete the course (desktop or laptop computer, smartphone etc.) in order to access and complete their course. No refunds can be issued due to failure to ensure this before booking.

All Trena Laine certificates are issued by email after completion of your purchased course. Certificates are provided as a digital certificate to reduce our carbon footprint.

We do not issue Certificate of Completion for the Beauty Business Method.

Students are responsible for ensuring they contact us by email once they complete their training if something is missing at [email protected] 

*Please note that NOT all of our courses and classes provide you with a certification upon completion such as the Beauty Business Method. Please take extra care and time when reading our course descriptions and be sure that you have a clear understanding of which classes you are purchasing.
